BG Office Furniture closed its October 2026 batch with ten new models, bringing the catalogue to 569 products. This batch shifts from executive desks toward vertical storage, modular workstations and front desks — the three categories importers ask for most when fitting out a new office building.
Modular wall cabinet with LED
The BG-2590Bc-G2 is a modular wall storage unit: open shelves on top for display, two cream doors and six oak doors below. An LED strip under the middle shelf provides ambient lighting without extra fixtures. The unit is fixed with wall brackets, making it safe for high-traffic areas such as lobbies and director rooms.
Vertical storage demand comes from offices in Jakarta and Surabaya leasing space with limited floor area. Wall cabinets move archives upward without reducing work surface. For larger projects, units can be run along the wall.
One- and two-person workstations
The BG-2587W-24-G2 is a two-person workstation with two lockable three-drawer mobile pedestals, low privacy screens and cable grommets on both sides. The BG-2503W1-16-White is a single station with an open-shelf side cabinet and an adjustable privacy screen.
Both target open offices that need a balance between collaboration and privacy. Low screens keep sightlines open, while mobile pedestals provide personal storage that moves when the floor plan changes.
180 cm front desk and straight executive desks
For lobbies, the BG-2546-1800-G2 offers a dual-height counter with an oak front panel, grey metal body, horizontal LED strip and a recessed nameplate holder. Company logos can be applied as OEM.
In the executive segment, BG added three straight desks: BG-2550-B13 with a matching credenza, BG-2561-B13 with a wire-mesh base, and BG-2539F-G2 for manager rooms. One L-shape model, BG-2511LA, adds a glossy black top with a white side cabinet.
Pricing, MOQ and project configuration
FOB pricing depends on colour configuration, size and accessories. Standard MOQ is 5 pcs per model, with the option to combine several models in one container to reach an economical volume. For branch-office projects, our team prepares a BOQ and shop drawings before the PO so specifications and shipping schedules do not change mid-production.
Availability and shipping
All new models are available for 7–10 working day samples and 25–35 working day mass production after deposit. Shipment is FOB Shenzhen or CIF Jakarta-Surabaya with 0% ACFTA tariff for goods covered by Form E. Importers needing mixed configurations can combine desks, cabinets and workstations in one container.
