BG Office Furniture has added ten new series to its export-ready catalogue. With this batch the official catalogue reaches 311 products as of 18 September 2026 — covering office desks, workstations, meeting tables, coffee tables, filing cabinets and reception desks.
The composition of this fourth September batch follows the requests that arrive most often from importers and fit-out contractors: management rooms that need a corner configuration, tall file storage, and team work areas with visual partitions.
Ten New Series: Executive Desks, Storage and Workstations
- BG-2574LA, BG-2583LA, BG-2557LA — three L-shape director desks with left/right return modules, each available in five wood finishes.
- BG-2553 — a 2000×1600 mm director desk set with a 2000×400×1600 mm cabinet and a matching coffee table.
- BG-2588 — a 2400×1800 mm board-level desk set with a 2000 mm tall cabinet.
- BG-2571 — a 2000×800 mm straight executive desk with an optional 1200×400×590 mm low cabinet.
- BG-2563L and BG-2516 — 1600×800 mm manager desks, the most requested size for division heads.
- BG-A36 — a modular 1000 mm high filing cabinet and rack for A4/F4 files and display.
- BG-T45D — a modular partition workstation for 2–8 people with 1100–1700 mm screens.
Why This Configuration Sells
- Unused corners. Many 15–25 m² director rooms have one dead corner. An L-shape moves the work zone into it and leaves the opposite side for guest chairs — with no extra floor area.
- Physical files keep growing. Legal, tax and tender documents are still printed, so 1600–2000 mm tall cabinets and 1000 mm low cabinets remain mandatory items in almost every project.
- Open plan needs privacy. Open layouts need visual boundaries; 1100 mm screens block sightlines without blocking light, while 1700 mm screens give extra privacy for teams handling sensitive data.
Construction, Colours and Packing
Every new series uses BG’s standard construction: moisture-resistant melamine MDF panels with a powder-coated steel frame, PVC edging and concealed cable management. Each series comes in 4–6 finishes — light oak, natural oak, walnut, black, black oak and white — so a single room can be finished consistently.
Goods ship knock-down (KD) in five-layer cartons, foam and export pallets. For Indonesian buyers several series can be consolidated into one container using the mixed container scheme, which reduces freight cost per unit.
Pricing, Form E and Lead Times
Pricing is quoted FOB Shenzhen or CIF Jakarta/Surabaya depending on configuration, colour and quantity. Standard MOQ is 5 pcs per model with flexibility for first orders.
