BG Office Furniture has added ten new series to its export-ready catalogue in September 2026. The mix differs from previous months: three executive desk sets with integrated side cabinets, one 2026-series L-shape director desk, one compact staff desk, two archive cabinets and bookcases, and three modular workstation benches. The BG catalogue now covers 281 products across eight categories.
The addition answers the order pattern that reaches us most often from distributors and project contractors: furnishing a whole department at once — executive desk with storage, staff workstations, and a meeting area — inside a single mixed container.
Director Desk + Side Cabinet Sets: BG-2546LA, BG-2568LA, BG-2591LA
These three series sell one complete management-office package: an L-shaped desk with a return module plus an integrated tall cabinet up to 2000 mm high. BG-2546LA uses a 2000×1600 mm footprint, BG-2591LA measures 2200×1800 mm, and BG-2568LA is the widest configuration at 2400×1800 mm. Because the cabinet is finished together with the desk, the set looks unified and costs less to ship than buying a desk and cabinet separately. Full details are on the executive desk category page.
L-Shape Director Desk 2639LA
BG-2639LA completes the L-shape range without a tall cabinet, which suits directors who already own separate storage. Six colours are available, including light oak G28 and natural oak G2 that match 2026 office interior trends. The return module can still be mounted left or right.
Archive Cabinets and Shelving: BG-2518B and BG-A41
BG-2518B is a 400 mm deep filing cabinet offered in 1600 mm and 2000 mm widths with lockable doors and drawers. BG-A41 is a 2000 mm high bookcase with adjustable shelf heights for A4/F4 files and display items. Both use moisture-resistant MDF panels. See the cabinet and shelving category.
Workstation Benches: BG-2503W, BG-T62, BG-168
For staff areas, BG-2503W comes in 1200, 1600 and 2400 mm lengths; BG-T62 seats two to four people per bench; BG-168 is available in single or facing dual configuration. All three use a central cable tray and powder-coated steel frame. Details are on the workstation category page.
Compact Staff Desk BG-2504S
BG-2504S covers the 1200×600 mm requirement for offices that are adding headcount. A 1400×700 mm option keeps the same design, so future additions do not change the appearance of the floor.
Production, Containers and ACFTA Tariff
All new series are produced at the BG factory in Foshan and can be combined in one container with meeting tables, cabinets or coffee tables. For Indonesian buyers the 0% ACFTA tariff applies with Form E, so import duty is zero and only VAT and income tax apply. Production is estimated at 25–35 working days after colour approval, plus 7–14 days sea freight to Jakarta or Surabaya.
